There are many tools and techniques for Visualisation, keeping in mind: “you always receive what you focus upon.” What you’re about to read has never been made public before, I call it Motivational Meditation, experiment with it and let your imagination take you where it will.

Motivational Meditation

Welcome to a whole new world of thinking. Before we begin, take a moment to read this entire programme remembering what you can, then, using your own relaxation technique find a quiet frame of mind. Take a few deep breaths and read the following. Visualise yourself entering a ten-storey building; imagine the foyer in all its splendour. Walk towards the elevators (try to ‘see’ this as clearly as possible). See yourself in front of the panel selecting the lift, visualise yourself pushing a button to call the elevator. Try to see this in your mind as clearly as possible (practice makes perfect so don’t give up yet). Feel your finger on the button. As you see the lift arrive, visualise the doors opening and when they do be prepared to step inside. The doors are opening step inside.
