The Boy Who Wouldn't Listen

Ellington Pellington was a very naughty boy, he never listened to his mother or father even when they were giving him good advice.
"Always take a jacket!" Ellington's mother said.
"Remember to tell someone where you are going and when you'll be back!" Ellington's father said.
"And remember to wear your wellingtons if it's raining!" Ellington's mother added.
Ellington never listened to them.
He was far too busy wanting to run off and have an adventure in the forest to pay attention to good advice.
Ellington lived in a nice house with a big forest behind it. He liked to have adventures there and always went there every day to play. Ellington played with Tim the tree and Terry the tree. And Tracy the tree.
Ellington had no real friends.
