Mission Statement

I educate, inspire, and guide people to find health, healing, and happiness by improving the way they eat. The Criterion Lifestyle publications include electronic and print content to teach people ways to improve their health by eating the most nourishing foods possible and by avoiding lactose, gluten, soy, and other highly-allergenic foods. My aim, my passion, is to help people feel better, look younger, have more energy, and experience the type of healing I have achieved by giving them step-by-step guides that are user-friendly and research-driven. I believe if people are given accurate, clear information, they will make choices that will vastly improve their lives.
