Here we are going to understand how things work with God and what praise is all about. Now, I will let you know this: If you see the same Scripture written down twice or three times through any other of the paragraphs I made, that just means that God is saying this to save our lives and to show us that he will return soon with an army. I knew I had to get this book out so that people who keep saying, “Jesus is coming this time or that time“. Don’t believe it because not even Jesus knows himself when God will send him down. When you have an accident, do you know that morning that you are going to have the accident beforehand? No, so why do we listen to these people who know when God is coming. I hope it helps you to clear the air. We will learn about salvation and find out why we should be saved. At the end of this book, you will see the prayer of salvation. If you are not saved, reading this will help you get your salvation started with God. God wants you to be with him and this will help you get there.
This book is basically telling us what to expect when Jesus comes and when it comes, how we should be ready and Shout for Jesus because he will be here soon .Before you start reading this book, I want to pray for you. God Bless those
who read my book and I want to thank you in advance for reading it.
Jesus, I pray that everyone who reads this book will be filled with the Holy Spirit. Let the Lord reign in their hearts and over take their flesh so that sin will not get into them. I pray that they receive wisdom, guidance, understanding and great knowledge of who you are. I know we all have difficult times Lord, but your grace and mercy will get us through no matter what the cost. When we have troubles, we should turn to you for understanding of your word so that we can speak to our situation and know that by faith, you have conquered our enemies. Not just by 1,000, not by 10,000, but 100,000 over will you smite those who come against us.
You will fight our battles so long as we put the Kingdom of God first in our lives. Thank Father for hearing our prays In Jesus’ name. Amen
How often do we ask God to for something and not give anything back. Well, we have God who is about to come and save us from this life we have. People who lose a loved one feels a void in their life, but Christians know that they will be with God someday. When my father died I had to remember this scripture: “Isaiah 57:1-2
The righteous pass away; the godly often die before their time. And no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come.2) For the godly who die will rest in peace.” We cry when our loved ones die, but are crying because we will miss them, or because we have nowhere or no one to turn to? God is going to send Jesus down to rescue his own. So we should be shouting now for God to save us.
Before His mercy is great
. In Isaiah 55:6-9
Seek the Lord while you can find him. Call on him now while he is near. 7) Let the people turn from their wicked deeds. Let them banish from their minds the very thought of doing wrong! Let them turn to the Lord that he may have mercy on them. Yes, turn to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. 8) “My thoughts are completely different from yours,” say the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. 9) For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts are higher than your thoughts.”
God knows that we are about to leave for a great journey. We should shout now and Praise God for his grace and mercy for us. Remember, the Lord is coming, so what are we waiting for, we should be seeking God and finding out what he wants us to do. Don’t worry about anything else, just keep praying and get things done for God. We all make mistakes and we all have limitations, but with God all things are possible. Now let me show you how to see Jesus. We are going to start with Rejoice:
1 Samuel 2:1
Then Hannah said, “My heart rejoices in the Lord! Oh, how the Lord has blessed me! Now I have an answer for my enemies, as I delight in your deliverance.”
Hannah wanted a son but she couldn’t have one, so when God heard her cry, he answered her prayer by giving her the son. God wants you to rejoice for things he gives you. Pray for everything every day and see what God has in store for you. Hannah acted like she was drunk and not happy, people thought she was drunk by the way she acted in having a son in her womb, but then when she received God’s gift of a son and God‘s word about it, she rejoiced.
Psalm 33:21
In him our hearts rejoice, for we are trusting in his holy name.
Do you realize that when we call on the Lord and say, “In Jesus name” that whatever we ask in His name we will receive?
Then when we receive it, our hearts sing with rejoice. We shout “HALLELUJAH!” and we dance around like David did.
People think that we are crazy , but we have a right to rejoice in Jesus and our Father in heaven. We trust that God will get us through whenever we need him and whatever we ask for we will have so long as we trust in Him.
Psalm 68:3
But let the godly rejoice. Let them be glad in God’s presence. Let them be filled with joy.
Does anyone of you remember what it was like to be in God’s presence? Some of you haven’t gotten there yet. Some of you are still there and some of you remember but you have forgotten what it felt like. I remember when my old church had a Revival and we were so overwhelmed by God’s presence that we all had to lay on the floor because the Lord was there. He is so great that we can’t wait until he comes back and we can learn from Him.
Luke 16:22
You have sorrow now, but I will see you again; then you will rejoice, and no one can rob you of that joy.
Do you hear what Jesus is saying? When Jesus comes back, we will rejoice and be glad in it because we will see him again. Praise God for his son Jesus Christ who took our sin when we ask for forgiveness and God forgives us because of the sacrifice Jesus gave us. This is what he wants us to rejoice about. Not only did he save us but he rose from the dead and was seated at the right hand of Our Father.
I’m only going to write a part of this scripture: Revelation 12:12 Rejoice, O heaven! And you who live in the heavens, rejoice. John wants us to rejoice for Jesus will defeat the devil and save us and his kingdom is ours in the end. The angels rejoice every day because they hear the Lord speaking the word whenever they ask questions about His word. How great that is to hear it from His throne and know it’s what we can understand. Rejoice in the Lord and his word, and make a revelation of it so you can understand what he wants from you. We celebrate when a child is born, or when they have gone to college, gets married, has their own children, birthdays, Christmas. New Years, Easter, Fourth of July, and so on. But do we ever celebrate Jesus? A lot of us celebrated Jesus’ birthday on Christmas, but if he was born in the harvest and we just go on making up birthdays for him, how would we feel if someone celebrated our birthday on a day we were not born on? But celebration of any kind is wonderful. Now imagine the celebration we are going to have when Jesus comes down and sees how many people really believed in him. God wants us all to come to him and see what’s going on in his world. Our world will be in his world and we will celebrate with him.
Zechariah 8:19
This is what the Lord Almighty says: The traditional fasts and times of mourning you will have kept in early summer, midsummer, autumn and winter are now ended. They will become the festivals of joy and celebration for people of Judah. So love truth and peace. The Lord wants us to celebrate the time we have with him. Celebration is also a time to rejoice.
There is always a new chapter in our life. New things to accomplish, new desires, new friends, new things to enjoy and to celebrate life to its fullest is the way we should live. Walking around with anger in your heart and acting like nothing matters to you, a pity party so to speak. Doesn’t feel so good, but to laugh, have joy and the feeling of celebrating makes people want to be around you. They need to feel good and so do you.
Now here we are and let me tell you. Come and let’s praise the Lord. Praise him with all my heart. Praise him all the time. Get ready for Jesus’ second coming. Get ready to shout! Rejoice for the Lord will soon be here. When we think about the ones who died, do you miss them? Do you wish you can feel like you don’t need to pay for everything? Right now, we are waiting for all of these things to come true. While we are waiting for Jesus, we have to trust God and have hope, grace, faith, and believe. We all do not realize that God can’t wait to heal our land and send Jesus down. God is waiting too and he’s just as anxious for us to be with him. He wants us all to be saved.
With all the hustle and bustle and running around that we do, we don’t seem to have time for Jesus. Time is always running out. But you can pray in your car while you wait at the light or in traffic. Instead of sitting in your break room talking about other employees, go to your car and eat your lunch. Go for a walk and pray at the same time. I know time is precious to us, but Jesus wants to talk to us and tell us what we need to know. A lot of us can ask God to put someone into our lives for us to minister to and to help that person. Whatever you do though, don’t push them into it because you could chase them right out of the kingdom. So do it easy so they won’t be scared. Like Jesus said, if they reject you they are rejecting me. Just bush your feet at the left side of the door or gate and go on your way. Jesus will get into the their hearts and he will touch them and bring them to him.
Here’s an impacting thought, music brings you in or out of the kingdom. We also pray to Jesus for all our family to be saved. Even those who you thought would be unreachable to Jesus, he can change them. We can’t keep walking on the line whether we can be in the world or into the kingdom. It’s either one or the other, we can’t really have both. We can learn from our mistakes, but let it be a memory so that you won’t do it again, but God will work his power for us. If you were walking in the middle of the road, you could get hit by a car or a truck and if that vehicle was coming at you, you would have to move. So if you had a choice whether to walk on the side of the road with thorns all up and down that side of the street, or the other side that had a pasture all up and down the side, which would you choose? I would choose the pasture thank you.
When you step on the side of the pasture and Jesus was on that side, you will hear the angles sing songs of worship and praise. We can imagine if not hear a shouting out “WORTHY IS THE LAMB! GREAT IS OUR ALMIGHTY GOD!” When I pray to the Lord, I can sometimes hear the angles sing. God will let you hear Jesus’ voice. Jesus will open new doors and windows and he will help you see what’s ahead for you.
Don’t worry about anything, God is in control. No matter what happens in your life, God is watching. He will help you in times of trouble. We get excited now because we can go from glory to glory. God’s glory is greater than anyone can imagine. There is always a time that I speak about the word of the Lord out loud. Find the scriptures in the bible that belong to your situation that you are in and speak it out loud in faith. When you do this and you receive what you asked for then Shout to the Lord with Praise!
Here, in this book I would like you to know what it is going to be like when Jesus is coming. Here’s a good way to begin your journey with Jesus. Praising him will glorify God. His glory also causes your dreams to come true. So how do we praise him? Let’s start with some Psalms that have praise in them.
Psalm 7:17
I will thank the Lord because he is just; I will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.
He is just the person we need to give us justice as long as we don’t take matters into our own hands. We need to trust in Him to make the right decision for us. If we do it ourselves, it won’t come out the way it should go. God knows a person’s heart and he knows what will stop them in their tracks.
Psalm 9:2 & 14
I will be filled with joy because of you. I will sing praises to your name, O Most High. 14) Save me, so I can praise you publicly at Jerusalem’s gates, so I can rejoice that you have rescued me.
Do you know when you praise God in public, he tells the angles about you in heaven? He let’s all of heaven know your name so when you get up there, you’ll be like a celebrity. Everyone will know your name. They will say, “Oh I heard about you from Jesus. You’re so and so.” You will be honored by God.
Psalm 21:13
We praise you, Lord, for all your glorious power. With music and singing we celebrate your mighty acts.
God’s glorious power is amazing to all who need it. We sing with praise in our mouths and with a song in our heart, we give him praise. He has the power to heal the sick and raise the dead, we are saved through Jesus’ mighty name, so why is it so hard to praise him. Shout it out with joy and thanksgiving in your hearts.
Psalm 22:23 & 25-26
Praise the Lord, all you who fear him! Honor him all you descendants of Jacob! Show him reverence, all you descendants of Rachael! 25) I will praise you among all the people: I will fulfill my vows in the presence of those who worship you. 26) The poor will eat and be satisfied. All who seek the Lord will praise him. Their hearts will rejoice with everlasting joy.
Wow! Everlasting joy, we forget how joyful it was to get our jobs, our money, our children, our spouses, our new homes, new cars, but that doesn’t matter, because God gave us the one joy we seem to forget about when we have it all worked out and things going our way. We forget how Jesus died for our sins and let us be a part of His family.
Don’t worry if you don’t have anyone to turn to. Pray to God and he will help you. If you need someone to talk to, God will have someone show up, out of the blue, and they will minister to you. You always have a friend in the Lord, and who better to help you than someone who knows your heart.
Psalm 28:6
Praise the Lord! For he has heard my cry for mercy.
He hears our cries no matter what we cry about. If we need healing, a new job, money, prosperity, friends, family, animals, and every need, he will meet it. When we praise him for things, we will be blessed. Mercy, like my Pastor said, is when you ask God to forgive you. He hears us when we ask for mercy.
Psalm 33:1-2
Let the godly sing with joy to the Lord, for it is fitting to praise him. 2) Praise the Lord with melodies on the lyre; make music for him on the ten-string harp.
The angles play there instruments up in heaven and they sing their praise to God, so we should play our songs for the Lord. Let your music reach God’s ears. Sing your praises to God no matter where you are, sometimes sing it quietly in the doctor’s office or aloud in your car. Our worship teams get everyone excited about Jesus when they play their instruments.
Psalm 34:1
I will praise the Lord at all times. I will constantly speak his praise.
Speak what the Lord has done in your life. Tell yourself what your praise him for. Don’t look at what you don’t have, praise and thank him for what you do have. Your faith, health and so on and watch what God will do for you. Speak what you want from him and praise him for it. Praise is written in all the Psalms, but here are the real praise ones.
Psalm 146:1-10
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord I tell myself. 2) I will praise the Lord as long as I live. I will sing praises to my God even with my dying breath. 3) Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there.4) When their breathing stops, they return to the earth, and in a moment all their plans come to an end. 5) But happy are those who have God of Israel as their helper, whose hope is in the Lord their God. 6) He is the one who made heaven and earth. The sea, and everything in them. He is the one who keeps every promise for ever, 7) who gives justice to the oppressed and food to the hungry. The Lord frees the prisoners. 8) The Lord opens the eyes of the blind. The Lord lifts the burdens of those bent beneath their loads. The Lord loves the righteous. 9) The Lord protects the foreigners amongst us. He cares for the orphans and widows, but he frustrates the plans of the wicked. 10) The Lord will reign forever. O Jerusalem, your God is king in every generation! Praise the Lord!
Those are powerful words. See how it will be with only God in charge. You can count on God to rescue you from the devil’s hand. He helps us in times of trouble and he waits for us to ask him to give us all of our needs. We shouldn’t believe people or money can save us from our sins or from our depression. God is the only one who can do that. We must run to the Lord if we feel threaten by anyone.
Psalm 147:1-20
Praise the Lord! How good it is to sing praises to our God! How delightful and how right! 2) The Lord is rebuilding Jerusalem and bringing the exiles back to Israel. 3) He heals the brokenhearted, binding up their wounds. 4) He counts the stars and calls them all by name. 5) How great is our Lord! His power is absolute! His understanding is beyond comprehension! 6) The Lord support the humble, but he brings the wicked down into the dust. 7) Sing out your thanks to the Lord; sing praises to our god, accompanied by harps. 8) He covers the heavens with clouds, provides rain, for the earth, and makes the green grass grow in mountains pastures. 9) He feeds the wild animals, and the young ravens cry to him for food. 10) The strength of a horse does not impress him; how puny in his sight is the of a man. 11) Rather, the Lord’s delight is in those who honor him, those who put their hope in his unfailing love. 12) Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem! Praise your God, O Zion! 13) For he has fortified the bars of your gates and blessed your children within you.14) He sends peace across your nation and satisfies you with plenty of the finest wheat. 15) He sends his orders to the world-- how swiftly his word flies! 16) He sends the snow like white wool; he scatters frost upon the ground like ashes. 17) He hurls the hail like stones. Who can stand against his freezing cold? 18) Then, at his command, it a;; melts. He sends his winds, and the ice thaws. 19) He has revealed his words to Jacob, his principles and laws to Israel. 20) He has not done this with any other nation; they do not know his laws. Praise the Lord!
That just shouts our praise doesn’t it? We will be praising God when this life is over and the new one begins, but David shouted for the Lord for a long time. Nothing can make God more happy then us praising him for all he has done for us in our lives and we look for him humbly so that when he does these great things in our lives, we can shout the praises up to him. He feeds the animals and all things that are here with us. He watches over us a whole lot more than we think. You know that the Lord watches the animals and gives food to the fields. How much more does he love us than anything else. The Lord loves people more than anything we know. We give him praise.
Psalm 148:1-14
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord from the heavens! Praise him from the skies! 2) Praise him, all his angles! Praise him, all the armies of heaven! 3) Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you twinkling stars! 4) Praise him, skies above! Praise him, vapors high above the clouds! 5) Let every created thing give praise to the Lord, for he issued his command, and they came into being. 6) He established them forever and forever. His orders will never be revoked. 7) Praise the Lord from the earth, you creatures of the ocean depths, 8) fire and hail, snow and storm, wind and weather that obey him, 9) mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, 10) wild animals and all livestock, reptiles and birds, 11) kings of the earth and all people, rulers and judges of the earth,12) young men and maidens, old men and children. 13) Let them all praise the name of the Lord. For his name is very great; his glory towers over the earth and heaven! 14) He has made his people strong, honoring his godly ones--the people of Israel who are close to Him. Praise the Lord!
You know it says in the bible that if we don’t give praise to God, he’ll have the rocks and trees cry out praise and glory to the Lord. How powerful is that? He has all the earth singing praises to his name and he gets the glory when we thank him and praise him. Even the army that God has in heaven sings his praise.
Psalm 149:1-9
Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song. Sing his praise in the assembly of the faithful. 2) O Israel, rejoice in your Maker. O people of Jerusalem, exalt in your King. 3) Praise his name with dancing, accompanied by tambourine and harp. 4) For the Lord delights in his people; he crowns the humble with salvation. 5) Let the faithful rejoice in this honor. Let them sing for joy as they lie on their beds. 6) Let the praise of God be in their mouths, and a sharp sword in their hands- 7) to execute vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples, 8) to bind their kings with shackles and their leaders with iron chains, 9) to execute the judgment written against them. This is the glory of his faithful ones. Praise the Lord!
Psalm 150:1-6
Praise the Lord! Praise God in his heavenly dwelling; praise him in his mighty heaven! 2) Praise him for his mighty works; praise his unequaled greatness! Praise him with the blast of the trumpet; praise him with the lyre and the harp! 4) Praise him with the tambourine and dancing; praise him with stringed instruments and flutes! 5) Praise him with the clash of the cymbals; praise him with loud clanging cymbals. 6) Let everything that lives sing praises to the Lord! Praise the Lord!
I didn’t tell you about number 149, because I’m combining them together. Psalm 149 and 150 both have something in common. They both read about playing instruments of praise to the Lord. Do you also notice that before these five Psalms, that “Praise the Lord!” comes at the beginning of each psalm. Jesus loves it when we dance before him with praises in our mouths and songs in our hearts. We give praise to the Lord of the Most High God. This should start getting you excited. Start Jumping for joy, start praising God for all he has done for this earth and for our salvation. If you can’t praise him for anything else, Praise him for your salvation and your faith and for every day you wake up.
My mother once said to me when I was a child “When you go to bed at night, tell your kids and husband that you love them, because you’ll never know if they or you won’t wake up the next morning. And live life to it’s fullest account, because you have only one life to live and God can take it in a blink of an eye.” Though my mother died when I was only 17 years old, I still remember how she always wanted to make people laugh and now I try to do the same.
When the Lord said in:
Jeremiah 29:11-14
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. 12) In those days when you pray, I will listen. 13) If you look for me in earnest, you will find me when you seek me.14) I will be found by you,” says the Lord. “I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes. I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and bring you home again to your own land.”
He knows what is going on in our lives. He knows that we have to go through trials, but if we hold fast to his word and ask God for wisdom, understanding and guidance, he will give it to us. He will bless us for all we ask and more. Look what happened to Solomon when he asked for wisdom from God and God gave it to him, plus riches and wealth. Why? Because he asked God for help and governing these people he was in charge of.
2 Chronicles 1:11-12
God said to Solomon, “Because your greatest desire is to help your people, and you did not ask for personal wealth and honor or the death of your enemies or even a long life, but rather you asked for wisdom and knowledge to property govern my people, 12) I will certainly give you the wisdom and knowledge you requested. And I will also give you riches, wealth, and honor such as no other king has ever had before you or will ever have again!”
Do not ask for wisdom just to be rich, be honest about it. Ask, so you can learn more about God and his word. Say, “Lord, your word is sufficient enough for me.” He will open new doors and the doors, windows of heaven will open up, and you will receive more than you have ever dreamed and hoped for.
Now we will see what is happening now that will bring Jesus down to us.
In: Isaiah 24
we are going to break this down for you to see what is about to happen.
Isaiah 24: 1-3
Look! The Lord is about to destroy the earth and make it a vast wasteland. See how he is scattering the people over the face of the earth. 2) Priests and laypeople, servants and masters, maids mistresses, buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, bankers and debtors-none will be spared. 3) The earth will be completely emptied and looted. The Lord has spoken!
The destruction of earth is what is going to be Armageddon. As you can see the words, “The Lord has spoken!” The Lord speaks his word and things happen. When earth is gone, we will be gone and the earth is supposed to be set on fire to cleanse the earth. All will be at the mercy of the Lord and none will escape.
4-9 The earth dries up, the crops wither, the skies refuse to rain. 5) The earth suffers for the sins of its people, for they have twisted the instructions of God, violated his laws, and broken his everlasting covenant. 6) Therefore, a curse consumes the earth and its people. They are left desolate, destroyed by fire. Few will be left alive. 7) All the joys of life will be gone. The grape harvests will fail, and there will be no more wine. The merrymakers will sigh and morn. 8) The clash of tambourines will be stilled; the happy cries of celebration will be heard no more. The melodious chords of the harp will be silent. 9) Gone are the joys of wine and song; strong drink now turns bitter in the mouth.
See how God can change things from bad to worse. The wicked will die and no more partying and no more running around with others doing wrong things. Joy will be gone and life itself will wither away like wheat in a dried field. People will not understand why things will be as they are, and then God will come down and swallow them up like fire in a field full of dried grass.
10-13 The city writhers in chaos; every home is locked to keep out looters. 11) Mobs gather in the streets, crying out for wine. Joy has reached its lowest ebb. Gladness has been banished from the land. 12) The city is left in ruins, with its gates battered down. 13) Throughout the earth the story is the same-like the stray olives left on the tree or the few grapes left after harvest, only a remnant is left.
Do you remember how when the lights go out and fires are released, people getting angry and looting stores, burning buildings? Destroying all things and beating people for their money, robbing their homes and making everything they can from all the stores. This will be worse and more violent and destructive.14-23 But all who are left will shout and sing for joy. Those in the west will praise the Lord’s majesty. 15) In the eastern lands, give glory to the Lord. In the coastlands of the sea, praise the name of the Lord, God of Israel. 16) Listen to them as they sing to the Lord from the ends of the earth. Hear them singing praises to the righteous one!
But my heart is heavy with grief. I am discouraged, for evil still prevails, and praise the name of the Lord, the God of Israel. 17) Terror and traps and snares will be your lot, you people of the earth. 18) Those who flee in terror will fall onto a trap, and those who escape the trap will step into a snare. Destruction falls on you from the heavens. The world is shaken beneath you. 19) The earth has broken down and has utterly collapsed. Everything is lost, abandoned, and confused. 20)The earth staggers like a drunkard. It trembles like a tent in a storm. It falls and it will rise again, for its sins are very great. 21) In that day the Lord will punish the fallen angels in the heavens and the proud rulers of the nations on earth. 22)They will be rounded up and out into prison until they are tried and condemned.23) Then the Lord Almighty will mount his throne on Mount Zion. He will rule gloriously in Jerusalem, in the sight of all the leaders of his people. There will be such glory that the brightness of the sun and moon will seem to fade.
But those who are left are the ones that God saves. He rescues his own body from the coming disaster. How foolish are those who are evil and who do not believe in Jesus Christ as their savior. Earthquakes and terror are coming into the land. However, the Lord was grieved; still the evil people try to rule the earth. They will live in a prison for all eternity. The Lord will be sad because they never mended their ways, but he will not hear their cries for help. Then Jesus will sit with God at his right hand and his glory will shine forever.
Micah 4:1-5
In the last days, the Temple of the Lord in Jerusalem will become the most important place on earth. People from all over the world will go thee to worship. 2) Many nations will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the Temple of God of Israel. There he will teach us his ways, so that we may obey him.” For those days of the Lord’s teaching and his word will go out from Jerusalem. 3)The Lord will settle internationally disputes. All the nations will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. All wars will stop, and military will come to an end. 4) Everyone will live quietly in their own homes in peace and prosperity, for there will be nothing to fear. The Lord Almighty has promised this! 5) Even though the nations around worship idols, we will follow the Lord our God forever and ever.
The Lord promised us that when the earth ends we would have peace and quiet. No wars, no fighting, no hate crimes. No more looting, no more evil, no more murderers, rapists, thieves, no more anger or rage. Life will be beautiful and heavenly. No more pain or sorrow. Dying will not exist and lives will be changed. Peace will reign over all the earth. Jesus will be our king and he will make sure nothing and no one will be evil again.
Amos 5:18-20
How terrible it will be for you to say, “If only the day of the Lord were here! For then the Lord would rescue us from all our enemies.” But you have no idea what you are wishing for.
That day will not bring light and prosperity, but darkness and disaster. 19) In that day you be like a man who runs from a lion-only to meet a bear. After escaping the bear, he leans his hands against a wall in his house-and is bitten by a snake. 20) Yes, the day of the Lord will be a dark and hopeless day, without a ray of joy and hope.
People pray for God to come down here and save us, but as you can see, when Jesus comes down everything will be in chaos. Women will be crying for their babies, men will not see their loved ones. Children will be gone because they are the innocent ones. There will be loneliness and despair. There will be great judgment that day. People will do evil things and then they will see Jesus and it will be too late for them to repent. This part of the chapter shows us that if we rush the day of the Lord’s coming, we might not be as ready as we think we are. Why would we ask, “I pray for the day of the Lord’s coming to be here now.” If Jesus comes now, many other people will not have time to be saved.
2 Timothy 3:1-9
You should also this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be difficult times. 2) For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. 3) They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control; they will be cruel and have no interest in what is good. 4) They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. 5) They will acted as if they were religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. You must stay away from people like that. 6) They are the kind who work their way into people’s homes and win the confidence of vulnerable women who are burdened with the guilt of sin controlled by many desires. 7) Such women are forever following new teachings, but they never understand the truth 8) And these teachers fight the truth just as Jannes and Jambres fought against Moses. Their minds are depraved, and their faith is counterfeit. 9) But they won’t get away with this for long. Someday everyone will recognize what fools they are, just as happened with Jannes and Jambres.
Also in 2 Peter 2:10-12 He especially hard on those who follow their own evil, lustful desires and who despise authority. These people are proud and arrogant, daring even to scoff at the glorious ones without so much as trembling. 11) But the angels, even though they are far greater in power and strength than these false teachers, never speak out disrespectfully against the glorious ones. 12) These false teachers are like unthinking animals, creatures of instinct, who are born to be caught and killed. They laugh at the terrifying powers they know so little about, and they will be destroyed along with them.
You see how the people will see themselves as perfect. God is the only one who is perfect.
Sin controls all people, but if you have faith and believe, that Jesus is the Son of God. “Great is the Lord My God!” say all the people of the earth. This is just the beginning of the horrors we will face. Our lives will be brief because of all the evil that will be out there. We are now on the start of the end days. Anger and cruelty will be the thing that will set us all aside from the good and the evil.
Mark 13:1-6
As Jesus was leaving the Temple that day, one of his disciples said. “Teacher, look at these tremendous buildings! Look at the massive stones in the walls!” 2) Jesus replied, “These magnificent buildings will be so completely demolished that not even one stone will be left on top of another.” 3) Later, Jesus sat on the slopes of the Mount of Olives across the valley from the temple. Peter, James, John and Andrew came to him privately and asked him, 4) “When will this all take place? And will there be any sign ahead of time to show us when all this will be fulfilled?” 5) Jesus relied, “Don’t let anyone mislead you, 6) many will come in my name, claiming to be the Messiah. They will lead many astray.”
Also in Luke 21:5-6
Some of the disciples began talking about the beautiful stonework of the Temple and the memorial decorations on the walls. But Jesus said,6) “The time is coming when all these things will be so completely demolished that not one stone will be left on top of another.”
Luke 19:44
They will crush you to the ground and your children with you. Your enemies will not leave a single stone in place, because you have rejected the opportunity God offered you.”
Mark 9:1-3
Jesus went on to say, “I assure you that some of you standing here right now will not die before you see the Kingdom of God arrive in great power.” 2) Six days later Jesus took Peter, James, and John to the top of a mountain. No one else was there. As the men watched, Jesus’ appearance changed, 3) and his clothing became dazzling white, far whiter than any earthly process could ever make it.
Luke 21:7-11
“Teacher,” they asked, “when will all this take place? And will there be any sign ahead of time?” 5) He replied, “Don’t let anyone mislead you. For many will come in my name, claiming to be the Messiah and saying, ‘The time has come!’ But don’t believe them. 9) And when you hear of wars and insurrections, don’t panic. Yes, these things must come, but the end won’t follow immediately.” 10) Then he added, “Nations will proclaim war against each other. 11) There will be great earthquakes, and there will be famines and epidemics in many lands, and there will be terrifying things and great miraculous sings in the heavens.
Acts 1:6-7
When the apostles were with Jesus, they kept asking him, “Lord, are you going to free Israel now and restore our kingdom?” 7) “The Father sets those dates,” he replied, “and they are not for you to know.”
Colossians 2:8
Don’t let anyone lead you astray with empty philosophy and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the evil powers of this world, and not from Christ.
James 5:19-20
My dear brothers and sisters, if anyone among you wanders away from the truth and is brought back again,20) you can be sure that the one who brings that person back will save that sinner from death and bring about the forgiveness of many sins.
The buildings will be gone and Jesus wants us not to listen to anyone who claims to be the Christ, for the Christ who came and will come again. No one can be Jesus, we are encouraged to be like Jesus, but not be him. Here, Jesus is warning his disciples and us also, not to follow false teachings. We shouldn’t look for miracles, but when we pray Jesus will give us miracles. But there will be people who will perform miracles and claim to be the Messiah, but we should not look for him, for he will come for us.
Mark 13:7-11
And wars will break out near and far, but don’t panic. Yes, these things must come true, but the end won’t follow immediately. 8) nations and kingdoms will proclaim war against each other, and there will be earthquakes in many parts of the world, and famines. But all this will be only the beginning of the horrors to come. 9) But when these things begin to happen, watch out! You will be handed over to the courts and beaten in the synagogues. You will be accused before governors and kings of being my followers. This will be your opportunity to tell them about me.10)And the Good News must be preached to every nation. 11) But when you are arrested and stand trial, don’t worry about what to say in your defense. Just say what God tells you to. Then it is not you who will be speaking, but the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 10:17-22
But beware! For you will be handed over to the courts and beaten in the synagogues. 18) And you must stand trial before governors and kings because you are my followers. This will be your opportunity to tell them about me-yes, to witness to the world. 19) When you are arrested, don’t worry about what to say in your defense, because you will be given the right words to say at the right time. 20) For it won’t be you doing the talking-it will be the Spirit of the Father speaking through you.
Mark 16:15
And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone, everywhere.
Luke 12:11-12
“And when you are brought to trail in the synagogues and before rulers and authorities, don’t worry about what to sat in your defense, 12) for the Holy Spirit will teach you what needs to be said even as you are standing there.”
Already we are seeing the beginning happening like Jesus said. We’ve seen earthquakes and famines. Mud slides, floods, tornadoes, even strong winds and strong rains. They will accuse us, who believe in Jesus, and arrest us for Jesus’ sake. All who turn to God though, will have his help. God helps us when we go to court and he tells us what to say through the Holy Spirit. We can spread his word throughout the whole world. Here, Jesus is telling us about what will happen and how brutal things will be for all his people. We will be handed over and be beaten. We must believe until the end and Jesus will save us.
Mark 13: 12-17
Brother will betray brother to death, fathers will betray their own children, and children will rise against their parents and cause them to be killed. 13) And everyone will hate you because of your allegiance to me. But those who endure to the end will be saved. 14) “The time will come when we will see the sacrilegious object that causes desecration standing where it should not be”- reader, pay attention! 15) Then those in Judea must flee to the hills. 16) A person outside the house must not go back into his house and pack. 17) How terrible it will be for pregnant women and for mothers nursing their babies in those days.
Micah 7:6
For the son despises his father. The daughter defies her mother. The daughter-in-law defies her mother-in-law. Your enemies will be right in your own household.
Luke 21:17
And everyone will hate you because of your allegiance with me.
John 15:21
The people of the world will hate you because you belong to me, for they don’t God who sent me.
Hebrews 10:39
But we are not like those who turn their backs on God and seal their fate. We have faith that assures our salvation.
We should never turn our backs on God, for he will save us from the devil in the end times and we don’t have to worry about anything. Because since we found Jesus, we can be sure that he will save us and keep us from harm.
James 5:1
Look here, you rich people, weep and groan with anguish because of all the terrible troubles ahead of you.
Daniel 9:27 He will make a treaty with the people for a period of one set of seven, but after this time, he will put an end to a sacrilegious object that causes desecration, until the end that has been decreed is poured out on this defiler.” Daniel 11:31-32
His army will take over the Temple fortress, polluting the sanctuary, putting a stop to daily sacrifices, and setting up the religious object that causes the desecration. 32) He will flatter those who have violated the covenant and win them over to his side. But the people who know their God will be strong and will resist him.
Luke 21:21-23
Then those in Judea must flee to the hills. Let those in Jerusalem escape, and those outside the city should not enter it for shelter. 22) For those will be the days of God’s vengeance, and the prophetic words of the Scriptures will be fulfilled. 23) How terrible it will be for pregnant women and for mother’s nursing their babies. For there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people.
Luke 23:29
For the days are coming when they will say, ‘Fortunate indeed are the women who are childless, the wombs that have not borne a child and the breasts that have never nursed.’
Families are going to go against each other. Jesus will help us through all of this and we can trust in him. Then, we’ll see our loved ones either disappear and hopefully we all will, or people who don’t believe in Jesus will stay and will face the wrath of God. The mothers who have children and expectant mothers who don’t believe in Jesus will watch their children disappear and the mothers about to have their babies will see their bellies go flat and they will be depressed. The cries of people will be heard all over the world. The howling and weeping of the people in all the world will sound aloud. Satan will try to take God’s people to turn them away from God.
Mark 13: 18-23
“And pray that your flight will not be in winter. 19) For those will be the days of greater horror than at any time since God created the world. And it will never happen again. 20) In fact, unless the Lord shortens that time of calamity, the entire human race will be destroyed. But for the sake of his chosen ones he has shortened those days. 21) And then if anyone tells you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah,’ or ‘There he is,’ don’t pay any attention. 22) For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform miraculous signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones. 23) Watch out! I have warned you!”
Joel 2:2
It is a day of darkness and gloom, a day of thick clouds and deep blackness. Suddenly, like dawn spreading across the mountains, a mighty mountain appears! How great and powerful they are! The likes of them have not been seen before and never will be seen again.
Revelation 16:18 Then the thunder crashed and rolled, and lighting flashes. And there was an earthquake greater than ever before in human history.
John 14:29
I have told you these things before they happen so that you will believe when they do happen.
Jesus is telling us that these things will come and to be ready. If it happens in winter, we should realize that it would be dark and cold. We have to wait for his arrival. God knows that when the time comes and we believe in only Jesus until the end, we will be saved from the fiery pit. Don’t let these people take hold of your faith and throw it out the window. God will come sooner than we think he will and we won’t know what he’ll do first. But Jesus tells us what is about to happen and we have better be ready. Listen to only what God says and you’ll make it out alive and well.
Mark 13: 24-31
“At that time, after those horrible days end, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give light, 25) the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of heaven will be shaken. 26) Then everyone will see the Son the Man arrive on the clouds with power and glory. 26) And he will send forth his angels to gather together his chosen ones from all over the world-from the farthest ends of the earth and heaven. 27) Now, learn the lesson from a fig tree. When its buds become tender and its leaves begin to sprout, you know that summer is near. 28) Just so, when you see these events I’ve described beginning to happen, you can be sure that his return is very near, right at the door. 30) I assure you, this generation will not pass from the scene until these events have taken place. 31) Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will remain forever.
Zephaniah 1:14-16 a
“That terrible day of the Lord is near. Swiftly it comes-a day when strong men will cry bitterly. 15) It is a day when the Lord’s anger will be poured out. It is a day of terrible distress and anguish, a day of ruin and desolation and gloom, of clouds, blackness, 16) trumpet calls, and battle cries.
Luke 21:25-28
And there will be strange events in the skies-signs in the sun, moon, and stars. And down here on earth the nations will be in turmoil, perplexed by the roaring seas and strange tides. 26) The courage of many people will falter because of the fearful fate they see coming upon the earth, because the stability of the very heavens will be broken up. 27) Then everyone will see the Son of Man arrive on the clouds with power and great glory. 28) So when all these things begin to happen, stand straight and look up, for your salvation is near!”
Isaiah 13:10
The heavens will be black above them. No light will shine from stars or sun or moon.
Joel 2:31
The sun will be turned into darkness, and the moon will turn blood-red, before that great day of the Lord arrives.
Amos 5:20
Yes, the day of the Lord will be dark and hopeless day, without a ray of joy and hope.
Revelations 6:12-13
I watched as the Lamb broken the sixth seal, and there was a earthquake.
The sun became as dark as black cloth, and the moon became as red as blood. 13) Then the stars of the sky will fall to the earth like green figs falling from the trees shaken might winds.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the call of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, all the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. 17) Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and remain with him forever.
Deuteronomy 30:4
Though you are at the ends of the earth, the Lord your God, and bring you back again.
Nehemiah 1:9
‘But if you return to me and obey my commands, even if you are exiled to the ends of the earth, I will bring you back to the place I have chosen for my name to be honored’
Luke 21: 29-33
So when these things begin to happen, stand, straight and look up, for you salvation is near! 30)Then he gave them this illustration: “Notice the fig tree, or any other tree. 31) When the leaves come out, you know without being told that summer is near, the Kingdom of God is near. 32) I assure you, this generation will not pass from the scene until all these events have taken place. 33) Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will remain forever.
James 5:9
Don’t grumble about each other, my brothers and sisters, God will judge you. For look! The great Judge is coming. He is standing at the door!
2 Peter 3:10
But the day of the Lord will come as unexpectedly as a thief in the night. Then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise, and everything in them will disappear in fire, and the earth and everything on it will be exposed to judgment.
Revelations 20:11
And I saw a great white throne, and I saw the one who was sitting on it. The earth and sky fled from his presence, but they found no place to hide.
Revelations 21:1
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth and disappeared. And the sea was also gone.
This shows us a new earth where we, as born again Christians, can live and be with the Lord and to hold steadfast in his presence. God will let us be free from harm and sorrow. The heavens will be also the earth and the angels will be with us. We will not be afraid of anyone or anything. What a wonderful thing to see in our future. Jesus is coming and we have to be ready. Go and get ready, because we do not know when God will send Jesus down to earth.
Not even Jesus will know when he is coming down. God will say, “Ok, go down and gather my chosen ones from the earth.”
The POWER and GLORY of God, and Jesus will come down on a cloud and gather us up from the earth and those who are in heaven will be gathered together. This is what we should be looking for and this will tell us how Jesus will come down and save us. Can you also see how heaven and earth will be no more? Jesus is the word of God and we are the last generation.
Mark 13:32-37
However, no one knows the day or the hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows. 33) And since you do not know when they will happen, stay alert and keep watch. 34) “The coming of the Son of Man can be compared with that of a man who left home to go on a trip. He gave each of his employee’s instructions about the wok they would do, and he told the gatekeeper to watch for his return. 35) So keep a sharp lookout! For you will not know when the homeowner will return-at evening, midnight, early dawn, or late daybreak. 36) Don’t let him find you sleeping when he arrives without warning. 37) What I say to you I say to everyone; Watch for his return!”
Zechariah 14:6-7
On that day the source of light will no longer shine, 7) yet there will be continuous day! Only the Lord knows how this could happen! There will be no normal day and night, for at evening time it will still be light.
Luke 21:34-36
Watch out! Don’t let me find you living in careless ease and drunkenness, and filled with the worries of this life. Don’t let that day catch you unaware, 35) as in a trap. For that day will come upon everyone living on the earth. 36) Keep a constant watch. In addition, pray that, if possible, you may escape these horrors and stand before the Son of Man.
I know I’ve written this before, but God wants this to get into our Spirit. He has this coming and he doesn’t want anyone to miss this glorious day. God will bring his angels down with him and he will gather everyone from the grave and from the earth. There will be horrors of what will happen.
1 Thessalonians 5:6 So be on your guard, not asleep like the others. Stay alert and be sober.
Revelations 3:2-3
Now wake up! Strengthen what little remains, for even what is left is at the point of death. Your deeds are far from right in the sight of God. 3) Go back to what you heard and believed at first; hold to it firmly and turn to me again. Unless you do, I will come upon you suddenly, as unexpected as a thief.
Revelations 16:15
“Take note: I will come as unexpectedly as a thief!
Blessed are all those who are watching for me, who keep their robes ready so they will not need to walk naked and ashamed.”
Romans 13:11
Another reason for right living is that you know how late it is; time is running out. Wake up, for the coming of our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed.
Ephesians 5:14
And where your light shines, it will expose their evil deeds. This is why it is said, “Awake, O sleeper, rise up from the dead, and Christ will give you light.”
Luke 12:37
There will be special favor those who are ready and waiting for his return. I tell you, he himself will sit them, put on an apron, and serve them as they sit and eat! Keep watch and do what God wants you to do. He is expecting us to pray for others, tell people about Jesus and even if they do not except them, at least you did your part and telling them about him. Remember! They are not rejecting you; they are rejecting Jesus who lives in you. Keep and eye out, not just a physical eye, but also a spiritual eye out for Jesus’ coming. He wants us to help others to be saved as well as us doing the word. Then when Jesus does come down, the people will not wonder what is happening, but where are they going.
2 Peter 3:3-10
First, I want to remind you that in the last days there will be scoffers who will laugh at the truth and do every evil thing they desire. 4) this will be their argument, “Jesus promised to come back, did he? Then where is he? Why, as far back as anyone can remember, everything has remained exactly the same when the world was first created.” 5) They deliberately forgot that God made the heavens by the word of his command, and he brought the earth up from the water and surrounded it with water. 6) Then he used the water to destroy the world with a mighty flood. 7) And God has also commanded that the heavens and the earth will be consumed by fire on the last day of judgment, when ungodly people will perish. 8) But you must not forget, that God dear friends, that a day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day. 9) The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise to return, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not anyone to perish, so he is giving more time for everyone to repent. 10) But the day of the Lord will come unexpectedly as a thief. Then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise, and everything in them will disappear in fire. In addition, the earth and everything on it will be exposed to judgment.
1 Peter 1:5
And God, in his mighty power, will protect you until you receive this salvation, because you are trusting him. It will be revealed on the last day for all to see.
Jude 17&18
But you, my dear friends, must remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ told you, 18) that in the last times there would be scoffers whose purpose in life is to enjoy themselves in every evil way imaginable.
1 Peter 4:2
And you won’t spend the rest of your life chasing after evil desires, but you will be anxious to do the will of God.
James 1:14-15
Temptation comes from the lure of our own evil desire. 15) These evil desires lead to evil actions, and evil actions lead to death.
James 4:1 What is causing the quarrels and fights among you? Isn’t it the whole army of evil desires at war within you?
Jeremiah 17:15
People scoff at me and say, “What is this ‘message from the Lord’ you keep talking about? Why don’t your predictions come true?”
2 Peter 1:4
And by that same mighty power, he has given us all of his rich and wonderful promise. He has promised that you will escape the decadence all around you caused by the evil desires and that you will share in his divine nature.
2 Peter 1:16
For we were not making up clever stories when we told you about the power of our Lord Jesus Christ and his coming again. We have seen his majestic splendor with our own eyes.
Romans 9:5
Their ancestors were great people of God, and Christ himself was a Jew as far as his human nature is concerned. And he is God, who rules everything and is worthy of eternal praise! Amen.
Acts 7:60
And he fell to his knees, shouting, “Lord, don’t charge them with this sin!” And with that, he died.
Genesis 1:1
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Mark 10:6
But God’s plan was seen from the beginning of creation, for ‘He made them male and female.’
Zechariah 12:1
This message concerning the fate of Israel came from the Lord: This message is from the Lord, who stretched out the heavens, laid the foundations of the earth, and formed the spirit within humans.
John 1:3
In the beginning the Word already existed. He was with God, and he was God.

For he laid the earth’s foundation on the seas and built it on the oceans depts.
Psalm 136:6
Give thanks to him who placed the earth on the water.
2 Peter 2:5
And God did not spare the ancient world-except the Noah and his family of seven. Noah warned the world of God’s righteous judgment. Then God destroyed the whole world of ungodly people with a vast flood.
Jude 11
How terrible it will be for them! For they follow the evil example of Cain, who killed his brother. Like Balaam, they will do anything for money. And like Korah, they will perish because of their rebellion.
Hebrews 1:10-12
And, “Lord, in the beginning you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. 11)Even they will perish, but you remain forever. They will wear out like old clothing. 12) You will roll them up like and old coat. They will fade away like old clothing. But you are always the same; you will never grow old.”
1 Thessalonians 5:13
Think highly of them and give them your wholehearted love because of their work. And remember to live peaceably with each other.
2 Peter 2:4&9
For God did not even spare the angels when they sinned; he threw them into hell, in gloomy caves and darkness until the judgment day. 9) So you see, the Lord knows how to rescue godly people from their trials, even while punishing the wicked right up to the day of judgment.
Psalms 90:4
For you, a thousand years are as yesterday! They are like a few hours.
Revelation 20:4&6
Then I saw thrones, and the people sitting on them had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their testimony about Jesus, for proclaiming the word of God. And I saw the souls of those who had not worshiped the beast of his statue, nor except his mark on their forehead or their hands. They came to life again, and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 6)Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. For them the second death holds no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him a thousand years.
Hebrews 2:3 & 4
What makes us think that we can escape if we are indifferent to this great salvation that was announced by the Lord Jesus himself? It was passed on to us by those who heard them speak, 4) and God verified the message by the signs and wonders and various miracles and by giving gifts of the Holy Spirit whenever he chose to do so.
People forgot what the Lord has done and they will be the ones who suffer. Judgment is coming for all of us. People will make merry and they do not realize that the day of the Lord is coming. They will not believe that the Lord will come and consume the earth with fire, like the flood in Noah’s day. We want Jesus to come quickly, but it is for our sakes that God does not send Jesus too soon. He is doing this for us. He wants to save everyone and not to have them die in the earth’s fire and destruction. We need to be ready for our Lord Jesus.
Since everything around us is going to melt away, what holy, godly lives you should be living! 12) You should look forward to the day and hurry it along-the day when God will set the heavens on fire and the elements will melt away in the flames. 13) But we are looking forward to the new heavens and new earth he has promised, a world where everything is right with God. 14) And so, dear friends, while you are waiting for those things to happen, make every effort to live a pure and blameless life. And be at peace with God. 15a) And remember, the Lord is waiting so that people have time to be saved.
1 Peter 1:15
But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God-who chose you to be his children-is holy.
Hebrews 12:14
Try to live in peace with everyone, and seek to live a clean and holy life, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord.
1 Timothy 2:2
Pray this way for kings and all others who are in authority, so that we can live in peace and quietness, in godliness and dignity.
1 Timothy 4:7-8
Do not waste time arguing over godless ideas and old wives’ tales. Spend your time and energy in training yourself for spiritual fitness. Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is much more important for it promises a reward in both this life and the next.
We have to be ready for the Lord. To eat right and exercise is good, but the Holy Spirit wants us to do more than that. He wants us to tell people about Jesus and how to get saved so by the end of time, when Jesus comes back, we will be ready and others with us. God does not want anyone left behind. He wants them there so they can worship him and that he will be glorified.
Romans 8:19
For all creation is waiting eagerly for that future day when God will reveal who his children really are.
Isaiah 65:17
Look! I am creating new heavens and a new earth-so wonderful that no one will ever think about the old ones anymore.

So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and steady, enthusiastic about the Lord’s work, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.
Acts 3:9
All the people saw him walking and hear him praising God. {This we see how Jesus helped the blind man to see but the man obeyed him when he said to wash his eyes off from the mud Jesus placed onto his eyes.)
1 Peter 3:11
