A SQUAT TOO FAR


I think I’ll do some benching today, along with some wrist curls, shoulder presses, tricep extensions and bicep curls. No, wait, I did the bicep curls yesterday; maybe I should do the shrugs instead. I’m not sure how I feel about that, though: today’s Thursday and I usually save the shrugs for Friday; messing up my routine isn’t something I like to do, even though you’re supposed to mix things up every now and then. I have to start with squats, though. Absolutely must.
