A werewolf was in the bathroom. They were everywhere, the bastards, and they’d systematically ruined her life. Her perfect family, even her stupid waitressing job, was now in the tanker because of werewolves. They’d invaded every small section of her life. And now her bed. AJ, her once-wonderful boyfriend, was a werewolf, too.
“Honey, come on down for breakfast.” Forced cheer filled the voice calling upstairs. The voice also sounded tired, even though the new sun still drenched the town in fluorescent shades of orange.
