RECIPE 1: TOMATO CHUTNEY
Tomato – 5
Oil – 4 table spoon
Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Garlic – 3 pieces
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 3 teaspoon
Asafoetida powder – ¼ teaspoon ignited stove
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Red chilly powder – 2 teaspoon
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Step 1: Cut the tomatoes into big pieces.
Step 2: Take a pan and keep it on the burning stove and wait till the pan becomes hot.
Step 3: Pour the oil and wait for a minute so that it gets heated.
Step 4: Add the mustard and garlic pieces on the hot oil and wait till the colour of garlic changes.
Step 5: Then add the tomato to the pan and keep stirring for five minutes.
* Take care while adding tomato to the oil.
