My name is Jason Wayne Leatherman. That’s who I was at birth, that’s who I am today, and that’s who I will be when I die. I control my own destiny, and I become the person I set out to be. At the age of 14, I thought the only way to happiness was food. I ate, and ate, and ate some more. I found happiness in food, and I didn’t care about anything. One day, I went to the doctor’s office for a regular check up. I was severely overweight, and I had to get tested for diabetes. I weighed 213 pounds, and stood at 5 foot 4 inches. I was quite round. One day, I decided to start running. I had a brief moment of confidence; a turning point in my life. I didn’t care who saw me. After a while, I found myself addicted. I eventually lost 77 pounds. I weighed 136 pounds by the time I was satisfied with my weight. This wasn’t a 3 month process. It took six months to lose it all. Six months of confidence. Six months of pure sacrifice…


Main Idea

I’m not promising that you will lose massive amounts of weight by reading this, but I will give you the skills to do so. This is not an exercise, or food guide. This just gives you tips, and encouragement to lose your stubborn weight. It gives you tools that I did not have, and personally experienced advice. I don’t care what age you are, you can lose weight! In the end, it all leads up to you. Will you take a stand? We can get through this together.
