A DaVinci Flash

Sid and Arthur, the dwarf and the king of the Britons from ‘The Crying Pennant’ were sitting in their office with the sign ‘Sinbologist’ on the door.

“Hum,” hummed Arthur.

“Are you humming, as in a tune, or just saying hum like in humbug but without the bug?”

“It was just a hum without the common or garden bug.”

“What are we supposed to be doing in this piece of flash fiction?” Sid the dwarf asked.

“I don’t know, as long as the Author gets to about 500 words I do not suppose he cares either.”

“Should we talk about ‘A DaVinci Co-Ed’?”

“Did you see what the Author did when he titled the book?”

“You mean write DaVinci as one word?”

“So you noticed then?”

“Instantly.”

“I don’t believe that.”

“Well, very soon after he was trying to work out the title.”

“I bet you read his notes from his notebook as he was working it out?”
