TIME TO GET REAL
It seems like every other month a new type of diet comes out with each one promising to be the greatest secret to weight loss that there ever was. And with the new diets, thousands of people do lose weight. But how many keep the weight off? How long before they move on to the next diet? It is a cycle and I surely was one of these people.
