When the Little One was little,
Even shorter and a lisper,
After play she’d take a nap,
Eating apples as a snack.

Then, suddenly, off she flew
On a carpet nice and new,
With a birdie and a cat
Holding a glass on its head.

As she flew into the skies,
Two fish, very nice guys,
Kept braiding her shiny hair
With a fork – what a great pair!

But, then, oh! what a surprise!
The fish were lambs in disguise
Drawing a car, small and dumpy,
All frosted, sugared and stumpy.

A fairy, who’d fallen asleep,
Glowed with her beauty, indeed!
The Little One took instead
A big ice cream in her hand
