Can the leopard change its spots, we are asked by the divine oracle. Can the octopus change its spots or efface its spots? The answer is yes. Truth is relative according to the eye of the beholder say the sophists. Does this mean that whatever we believe to be true is the truth? This sounds blatantly false. An opinion may be true or false, but truth is eternal. Even the fleeting images of the world either happened in a certain way or they did not. What is written remains what was written though the page goes up in smoke.
