Lisa hated Biology. She needed the science credit but she couldn’t bring herself to dissect anything. The thought made her stomach feel funny, and the one unbearable thing for her would be to get sick in class.
She found it hard to fit in anyway. The other girls in class were so confident and popular. They were friendly, but she was a country girl from a small town, and she still hadn’t grown accustomed to the big city life of Boise.
Even the attention of the other boys made her feel uncomfortable. She knew that she was attractive; long brown hair, full lips, and tanned skin all on a tight young body perfected from years helping out on the family farm. Her parents had been very protective of her. Here she was, her second semester of college and she still wasn’t seeing anyone.
