My husband began losing weight and I envied his will power. He said that he had a simple method and it worked. Of course, I ripped through all the excuses why he could do it and I couldn’t.
“Men lose weight easier than women.”
“I’ve been to several weight loss programs only to gain it back again.”
“I have always had a problem and always will.”
“I want to enjoy eating.”
“I don’t like diet foods.”
Sound familiar? It should.
