Once upon a time...

There was a little boy who would not go anywhere without a lollipop in his mouth. From the time that he woke up to the time that he went to bed he would have a lollipop in his mouth.

One day the little boy was playing football and the referee blew his whistle and said,
“You boy, what have you got in your mouth?”
It’s only a lollipop,” said the little boy.
“A lollipop,” said the referee. “You can’t have a lollipop in your mouth while playing football. You will have to remove it.”
“I will do nothing of the kind,” said the little boy. It’s only a lollipop.”
And with that the referee took out the red card and showed it to the little boy and he had to leave the football pitch.
It’s only a lollipop,” said the little boy as he was escorted of the football pitch.

So then he decided to go for a swim and the life guard saw him swimming with something stuck in his mouth.
“You boy, what have you got in your mouth?”
It’s only a lollipop,” said the little boy.
“A lollipop,” said the life guard. “You can’t swim in this swimming pool with a lollipop stuck in your mouth. You will have to remove it.”
“I will do nothing of the kind.” said the little boy, It’s only a lollipop.”
And with that the life guard took out his whistle and blew it loudly and the little boy had to leave the swimming pool. “It’s only a lollipop,” said the little boy as he was thrown out of the swimming pool.
