Dale has more than enough work to keep him busy: papers to write, a group project, chores, class, and a cute, if lazy, classmate to flirt with. He definitely does not have time to focus on becoming a real superhero, especially when his every attempt ends in frustration, due mostly to his main rival, a local superhero who insists Dale has no idea what he's doing and should just give up. The one thing Dale doesn't have time for, however, is giving up.
