The Archer, the Horse and the Golden Braid

Once upon a time in a land far, far away, long before our hero the Archer inherited his Kingdom he had many wonderful adventures of which one I will tell now. At the start of this tale the Archer had just begun to wear his mask to hide his scarred face, for he had just rescued the royal horses from the stable fire. The Archer was still young and he was as brave as he was noble, as keen-eyed as he was lightning fast with his bow. He had been gifted a horse by his King for his bold rescue whom was named Keshi, a horse that was just as quick-witted as he was fleet of foot, and they both served the King who was as cruel as he was fickle. Unknown to anyone but the Archer, who had just recently discovered this secret himself, Keshi could talk and had fast become his one loyal companion.
