For over a decade I’ve been helping people from all walks of life figure out how to get what they want through recovery. I help people that struggle with addiction, depression, anxiety, relationships, setting goals, and all kinds of other stuff. I help them diagnose what’s wrong, what needs to be fixed or replaced, and show them how to maintain a life based on the 12-steps, goal setting, hard work, and faith.

I don’t actually fix anyone. I simply provide the tools to help people change. Think of me as a mechanic: I’ll show you how to get back up and running, I’ll even loan you my tools - but it’s up to you to maintain what’s been fixed.

I’ve got a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, International Certification as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and have logged thousands of hours running groups, individual therapy sessions, doing research, writing professional articles, and helping people uncover what’s been keeping them broken down. I also write books to help people get the most out of life and recovery. I have an official website that acts as my personal shop: A place that I keep my tools and make them available to others. That all sounds pretty damn fancy, I know.
