Nana Genevieve

In the peace and quiet of her meditation chamber, Genevieve Rothman lay face down on her charcoal-gray lambskin lounge while SARA managed her treatment. The highly polished surface of the Brazilian cherry floors reflected the rough stucco of the olive-toned walls and the ribbed bamboo ceiling. The sweet scent of fig blossoms danced from the flames of candles burning in clusters around the room. Neither SARA’s sleek aluminum android body, nor her essence of ozone and graphite fit the natural ambiance of the room. But as much as SARA didn’t fit aesthetically, she was the core of Genevieve’s treatments. Her healing. Her life.
