There are so many people that have been instrumental in me writing this book. Many of them don’t even know how just a kind word of encouragement helped me take one more step to move me forward. I want to specifically thank my mother Ola Martin for laying a foundation in me that has been such a source of inspiration and fortitude. She did not have it easy as a single mom raising three strong willed boys. I know without a doubt that I would not have made it through my teenage years and become the man I am today. I am still a work in progress but she laid the foundation. I want to acknowledge my brother Roderick Martin for being there for me during some difficult times in my life. He is my best friend and I am grateful for him. To my uncle Oliver Dorrough, he has been the model of a great man for me all my life. I am working on becoming the man that he is to his family and friends. Uncle you are the example of a great man. To my children VocheMartin and Kaeleb Martin. I am so proud of you both and I cherish the love and respect you have for me as a father. Thank you all.
