Colin Bowles was on top of his game. He had just clinched a very big and very important order with the prestigious New York firm of Ross Designs Inc. After a week of hard negotiation with its sole proprietor, the lovely Penelope Ross. Ms Penelope Ross. A head turner she may have been, but she was hard as nails when it came to business, and struck a hard bargain. Nevertheless, Colin had been a match for her, and now he felt like a master of the universe

As he sat in reception, waiting for the final documents to be printed off, Mandy, the tight-skirted, full-bosomed blonde young secretary, click-clacked past him yet again on her white stiletto heels. Christ! What a pair she had on her! And look at that arse! He could not resist. Colin reached out and gave that luscious bottom a quick squeeze. Mandy gasped and wheeled round, a look of outrage on her face.

“Come on darling, you know you want it really!” said Colin in the friendly but patronising tone he invariably adopted with the fairer sex — at least, those below him in the pecking order. Ms Penelope Ross had called him on it right at the start, and he had been on his best behaviour thereafter. One had to be professional, after all: business was business. But these young dolly-birds! he thought gaily: put it all on display in the shop window, so to speak, and then act up when a customers wants to sample the goods.
