What are you working on next?
I am currently in the process of designing and making sure that the interactive online video gallery is engaging and accessible to the users. My attention is spent on the details and visual end result.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I do HIIT, I run, hike, bike, ski and spend a lot of time with my children. They are all in multiple sports and there is never a dull moment around the house. My family and I prefer home cooked meals and I really enjoy cooking. The salads that I make are quite appealing and very tasty. They were the drive behind creating #HIITnutri. I love to read and listed to music.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Mostly through other reading materials and research, other times through word-of-mouth. I often know what my current interest is and what I am generally looking for, and topics just come to me that speak in tune with where I am in my life.
How do you approach cover design?
I come from graphics design and digital media background. I had in mind a target audience for HIITroks! and I wanted to create a book cover that captures a workout motion, a movement - the essence of HIIT. I also wanted the cover to be visually appealing, bold and driving action.
What do you read for pleasure?
Leadership and Self-development materials, one should never stop growing!
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Sharing the depth of knowledge that I have on HIIT and proper nutrition with a wider audience. I feel extremely passionate about HIIT and this shows in my interactions and conversations. It was only natural that I would want to share that joy.
