Interview with April Margeson

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in rural Tennessee. My home was surrounded by trees and all things of nature. When you have all of that at your disposal, then there are really no limits on the imagination.
When did you first start writing?
I started writing as a child. There was just something about a good story that I couldn't help but to write it down and show everyone. Mostly for laughs, just for fun, but I felt that I had to do it.
What's the story behind your latest book?
The story behind Ignite (Circle of Light Book 2) is life in general with a twist. It's about love and accepting people even if they are different from others. Also, the story is about finding yourself and making the choice that is right for you in life.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I felt that since the story was bothering me so much that I had to write it, I might as well share it for others to enjoy as well.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The greatest joy of writing for me is to be able to tell a great story to others.
What do your fans mean to you?
My fans mean the world to me. I refuse to ignore them and I reward their support as much as possible. Reading and imagination is everything in life.
What are you working on next?
I have two possible projects for the future. One is about a girl that is a tree spirit. The other is a new witch that is having to learn about herself in the most difficult way... alone. That's all I can say at this point.

Stephen King, Cate Tiernan, Stephanie Meyer, P.C and Kristen Cast
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
The chance to write down one more great idea and share it with the world.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
When I'm not writing I'm doing book signings or mostly reading.
How do you approach cover design?
My covers give insight to a small part of what the story is really about. It is mostly a place where the story happened or the main character.
What do you read for pleasure?
Young Adult Fiction Supernatural Paranormal
What is your e-reading device of choice?
Kindle or the Kindle app on my laptop

Nothing can be found and if something was put there, I hope a proper goodbye was given. It could take a very long time to find it.
