Interview with AtomO

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in the vast expanse of our universe and was at first intimidated by just how small I was. I am one of the smallest identifiable particles of life. But I learned early that, in spite of my size, not only was I an integral part of the overall structure of things, but that I could make a difference.
When did you first start writing?
Only just recently. I've had an inkling as to what my destiny was for quite some time but not only finding the right group of humans with whom to share it but the means of communicating with them took some time.
What's the story behind your latest book?
It is somewhat of a fantasy but representative of my concern about down where one, in particular, of the paths that the natural course of evolution is taking us. It started with the animal kingdom but quickly transformed to the human element which in my mind is regressing in the evolutionary process. A more humane mindset toward all our fellow forms of life on this planet isn't happening by natural evolution. I have a plan which both psychologically and technologically is within the realm of possibility for humans to assist in this necessary evolutionary change of course.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
It has simply given me the venue through which I might continue the phenomenon of a neurological singularity, the definition of which is in my book.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
It WILL be a joy if it assists in manifesting our plan to assist in the evolutionary course change I have described.
