Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Los Angeles, California and my imagination would go wild.
When did you first start writing?
When I was 21 years old and I worked long hours as a security guard. I would bring a beat up note book and fill it out with a bunch of short stories.
What's the story behind your latest book?
Self-discovery isn't always positive.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I enjoy the close connection I have with my audience and as an indie author, I have the freedom to have that closer connection.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
I haven't published anything before so this would be a great place to start.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
When the story has a meaning and when the reader discovers it.
What do your fans mean to you?
Everything! I want to make them happy and hope to contribute their nightmares.

I have to dwell in the realms of fear.

Playing video games, reading and illustrating.

I consider all the stories or story that will express the plot or characters.

What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
Social media has become the best place to market.
Describe your desk
Clean and neat, Coffee mug or beer mug next to me depending on the time of day. Computer and sketch paper and a lap. An ash tray and my mouse.
What is your writing process?
Brainstorm, walk away for a break. I come back and write all the ideas in my head, walk away again. Come back a few hours later and rewrite. Then repeat. Compose all the ideas together and edit then rewrite.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Clive Barker Hellraiser series captivated me and I couldn't stop reading and then began writing short fan fiction.
