I don't recall ever writing a fiction story. As for real life stories my first was about my dad or maybe my recent ex friend.I was writing songs and I always put real stories in my songs. It's not that I don't imagine, it's just true stories motivate me more.
What is your writing process?
I don't force it. When it's time it's time. And when it's not it's just not the time. Go with the flow if you want to flow.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
Not at all but I do remember the first story to really move me. The Last Child. I don't remember the author but the book was amazing. Love and determination mixed with doubt, betrayal, and loss at 13 years old. It's a must read for adults and teens coming to age in the times of child predators.
How do you approach cover design?
I'm also an artist so my process is the same. When the art is ready to be expressed I let it flow.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
The Last Child I Love You More Secret Teachings of the Ages The Christ Conspiracy The Alchemist Maui the Demigod The first two for the love and determination. The next two for calling bullshit and backing it up with tons of research. I love info. And the last two for their inspiration and food for thoughts.
