What do you read for pleasure?
Anything and everything.
Describe your desk
Cluttered with various books, dictionaries, and writer's reference material.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Toronto. The hostility of my environment forced me to start writing just to remain sane.
When did you first start writing?
I wrote as a child but did not start writing seriously until March 2000.
What's the story behind your latest book?
It is the story of the first thirty-five years of my life and the lives of others who have crossed my path.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Smashwords has given me a platform to inexpensively and professionally distribute my work.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
It is therapeutic.
Who is your favourite storyteller?
My dad.
What are you working on next?
Book Two of the My Thoughts, My Life series: "My Thoughts, My Life: The Illusion of Iheanacho Permeated With Racism."
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Knowing that God put me here to do a job that is not yet completed.
