Yes, it was about Jackie Robinson, the first African American baseball player. It was a school assignment and I was crazy with baseball growing up! The assignment was; If you could meet someone from the past who would it be? I chose Jackie Robinson.

I have a normal conversation with JT. We record the conversation about any ideas and we just let thing flow. I take the recorder with me everywhere so when ideas come up I have it ready. I also keep a note pad with me. JT does some drawing, and sketches its based on ideas that he has in his head after the conversation. He calls me while he is drawing so I take notes then we put all those things together and the writing start to take shape. We also have a board on our office were we write ideas and sometimes we even discussed the ideas with a small group of friends.

Yes I do remember. It was the a book about a news reporter from my country who was at a bank during a bank robbery. It was my aunt's book and it would hide to read it every day because it was a little too much for a kid to read. now I realized that I was fascinated by the scenario and how many ways things could have played out and if it was me. What would I have done? So we ourselves in the characters and we become those characters. Its like they are an extension of us in a way!

After we are done most of the time with the conversation about the next book and many random ideas JT usually dreams about them and would do a few drafts or some times it takes just one and we automatically relate to it, plus they also tell part of the story. There are hidden clues that you have to think and analyzed!
