Interview with E. Bowser

Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
I do it was when I was ten and my cousin and i wanted to hear a story about aliens and we thought we could write a better story. So when we started he got bored but I loved it!
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The first story i ever read on my own without school making me was R.L. Stine The New Boy. I loved that book. I remembering getting it from the book fair and couldn't put it down.
How do you approach cover design?
I think about what happens in my story and try to explain what I want it to look like. I don't think I make much since but my designer gets me.Lol
What do you read for pleasure?
I love paranormal anything! I also like Chick Lit, mysteries, and romances stories.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up on Maryland and i based my story there. Write what you know is my motto.
Describe your desk
Papers, pens and pencils, a coffee cup and a glass of water. Of course my computer and cellphone.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
It is something I always wanted to do. When I wrote my first book I thought wow maybe other people would like this because its good. I didn't want to go through sending in my manuscript just to be rejected and having to wait longer to put my story out there. So indie was perfect for me.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
My greatest joy is writing a story that you can see in your mind. Writing a story that makes you want to read the next one.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
When I am not writing I spend my time reading or thinking of what to write next.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
A book or my cell phone. I also love, love audio books.
What do your fans mean to you?
I don't know all the fans I have but fans mean everything to me. If I could hear from each and everyone would be great!
