Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
A great teacher I had in primary school read to my class the entire Chronicles of Narnia. The world in opened up in my mind was for me as real as anything else in my life. And still is.

With an open mind.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
River God by Wilbur Smith - Like any great book the world and characters this novel created were so real and mesmerizing I was unable to put the book down. High Citadel by Desmond Bagley - I read this book in a day as a teenager. All you ever have to know on how to write a great action novel is in this book. Original, fast paced and entertaining. The Blue Blazes by Chuck Wendig - This author has a wicked gift of using a minimal amount of the right words to sculpt a colorful universe of dark and eccentric characters.
What do you read for pleasure?
Anything and everything - reading is pleasure.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I'm a member of the Kindle cult.

Small and surrounded by words that inspire me.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
When the drug of writing takes over and the story has a life of it's own.
What do your fans mean to you?
Everything because I have none.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Four special little people and one extremely beautiful woman.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Chasing the enjoyment of life for myself and all those around me.
