Interview with DarkestKnightPublishing

What is your writing process?
I just write. That's all I can really say. I mean, wherever I'm at, I just sit down and write. I'll write on paper, a computer, anything I have handy.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The first story I ever read? Honestly, I can't remember. I mean, I read so much, so it's hard to remember that long ago.
How do you approach cover design?
I just try to make it interesting. It just has to be something that I like.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
1. Bridge To Terabithia.
I know what you're thinking. That book is for little kids. Well, I don't care. I love that book. It always just catches my attention.
2. It by Stephen King.
It's just a great book. (Get the pun? :))
3.4 past midnight
4.night shift
5. The dark half by Stephen King
What do you read for pleasure?
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I like reading paper books. Not online.
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
I'm just starting out. Haven't published my first book yet.
Describe your desk
Uh, a mess. It's an old dresser sitting in my bedroom, covered with papers, pens, and pencils.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up all over the place, so I can write a lot of different settings.
When did you first start writing?
I don't know. I've always loved writing.
What's the story behind your latest book?
Depends. I'm writing probably close to a dozen books at this very moment.
