Describe your desk
I was once told that entropy is a state of disorder. My desk is organized entropy.
When did you first start writing?
I began writing "Code Name: Autumn in the early part of the summer of 2013. If you count all my schooling, well that would be since I was five of six years old. I remember writing a poem about a lobster. My mom loved it. After she had passed away, I di find it in a desk drawer.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
It is so easy. Follow guidelines set down by the owners and you're on your way.
What are you working on next?
I am currently working on the second installment of Code Name. This will introduce new characters and some steamy action.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
I have bills to pay!!! LOL - Really, the anticipation of writing and creating stories.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I like cooking, TV, movies. Reading is a big favorite.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
The first real story I remember is Code Name. I know through out school I wrote a few, but none I really remember.
What is your writing process?
I get an idea in my head, usually at the most inopportune time, and then I will e-mail it to me or write it down. Then, after I am home, I just sit and write.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The first story I ever read was about a witch that rode a vacuum. I think on some level it had an impact. Really, witches ride broomsticks.
How do you approach cover design?
I just gave my mental vision to Jenny and let her run with it. She did a great job!
What do you read for pleasure?
Fiction and gay romance. Sometimes I read mysteries.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
My Kindle.
