Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, Anthony Robbins, Cheryl Richardson, Brendon Burchard, Eckhart Tolle, Chalene Johnson and Stephen R Covey. Just to name a few.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
The fact that I am alive and I have so much to give
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Spending time with my family, husband and friends. I love eating out, travelling and going away on holidays. Consulting with clients to treat their health needs with Naturopathic Medicine which includes Herbs, Homoeopathics, Nutritional Supplements, Lifestyle coaching and implementing healthy eating choices. I also incorporate Remedial & Therapeutic Massage Therapy to balance and relieve pain. I developed and formulated a Skin, Hair & Body care range to compliment the natural health solutions provided within my clinic.

Through my team of support people or searching google
What is your writing process?
I write from my heart to attempt to support people with their health and lifestyle concerns

Describe your desk
This varies from a reception desk in my clinic, to my dining room table and office at home, sometimes it maybe our outdoor table amongst the fresh air, birds and beautiful garden outlook.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
Adelaide, South Australia, I feel more than where I actually grew up what influences my writing is a deep, entrenched belief in making a difference in the world that I live and the people whom share that with me.
When did you first start writing?
Probably in primary school the truth be known, but seriously just a couple of years ago
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I want to be able to reach more people and be a part of the huge global picture
