What do your fans mean to you?
My fans mean everything - without them I would have nobody to write for.
What are you working on next?
A YA mystery, adventure - music and a little humour included

I have many favourite authors and like many genres -

Ian Rankin, Sheila Quigley, Catriona King, Tony Black, Raymond Carver, David Robinson, Trevor Belshaw and many more
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Life. Life is a gift and we should use it wisely. It may be good or bad - but whatever it is, it is for a reason. I like to use life experiences in my writing.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I love socialising with friends, eating, drinking and reading. Oh, and shopping!

What is your writing process?
I have a 'Lightbulb' book where I put ideas. When I have some spare time, I expand on the ideas and make lists of possible plots.

Paperwhite Kindle

Cluttered. Laptop hiding.under books, papers, books, papers...
What's the story behind your latest book?
Insectipids was inspired by my young nephew growing up and an over-active imagination of the writer who refuses to grow up.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I had been following many independent writers on Crooked Cat, read their books and wanted to be part of their writing community. The range of books is diverse and the authors support and guide each other.
