Interview with June Ster

Who are your favorite authors?
For some reason, I forgot but I like the author of the book 'Harry Potter'
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Well, I'm a teenager so I do what other teens do. I play video games, read books and do some house jobs (dishes, cleaning and etc.)
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Oh yeah! The first story I wrote is just like a year ago and it was called 'Last light'. It is a horror story (but basically a zombie novel) and I wrote it for my school archive. I can't publish it here since it's stick with the school license.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I preferred a mobile phone since it's fit in my pocket always but it's also has disadvantages. Not going to talk about it anyway since it is out of topic.
Describe your desk
Ummm... has a super-fast computer (8 gb's of ram and 2 different graphic cards), a couple of pens and papers and of course, a desk lamp. What a mess.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Getting the feel as you were inside the story. If I feels that, then I could say that success is near.
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
The first story that I read is a horror story (an yet, it's a zombie story) and it's really touched my heart. The ending was powerful when the man tried to save the boy and well... he died. I cried a lot at a moment then I realized that I finished my book. The End.
How can you make a cover for your book?
Well, it's not quite easy nor hard. If the concept is simple, I can make my own but if it needs a lot of fancy background and some stuff, better request it with some friends at DeviantArt.
What do you read for pleasure?
For real, I read all books for pleasure (if it has a good story line).
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
This is the thing! I... don't use any marketing strategies since all of my books is FREE. Yes, I write for fun not profit.
What encourage you to write?
Well, first of all, I got like tons of imaginations in my brain right now (Even if imagination doesn't have weight) and second of all, I like putting my hand on my pen or keyboard. So, I took a step to write.
