When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Playing music, reading, writing songs, traveling, working in the yard
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Recommendations from friends, suggestions from the sites themselves and roll of the dice. I like to take chances because you can always be turned onto somebody you had never read nor heard of and it is like discovering a greatr new restaurant. Delightful
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Short story, fantasy if memory serves, in junior high schoo. You will never read it!!
What is your writing process?
A great number of hours alone in the car, in my head and mowing the grass

NO, I have just always loved to read.
How do you approach cover design?
Had a vision and used friends brains and expertise to make it come true

You are asking which of my children are my favorites, depends on the day and time of year

What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
I am really just beginning this process so am experimenting, I'll let you know when I've sold 17 books

Like to current political landscape, a mess
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up moving and reading was my anchor, so writing as been the natural evolution for one who spends so much time alone
When did you first start writing?
In junior high school
What's the story behind your latest book?
A young woman who has planned her life to core is diagnosed with terminal cancer. She can resign herself to death or reinvent her life so she has something to take with her. She chooses the latter and set off on a journey of discovery and life. She travels the country meeting people, collecting their stories, finding the joys of food and drink and companionship, even if that companion at times is the Grim reaper. In collecting the lives of others she soon discovers she is creating one of the greatest stories, and life, of her own.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I love to read, I love to tell stories
