When did you first start writing?
Over a year ago.
What's the story behind your latest book?
Tug of War is my favorite by far. It's a gritty, raw, darker read than my other titles. I was really sick of the good girl saves bad boy romance story line so I wrote something more honest and fun.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I wanted to write a book and I realized it is completely doable these days with self-publishing options! How wonderful!
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Getting the entire story on paper (or screen) and hearing all the feedback from readers!
What do your fans mean to you?
Everything. If they didn't read the books, I wouldn't be an author! They are the reason I write.
What are you working on next?
Right now I'm working on Objective. A dark romantic thriller. The twists and turns are really fun to write and their is a lot of smutty steam between the characters! *fans self*
Who are your favorite authors?
Kristen Ashley, Tara Sivec and Amy Harmon are a few of them but truly- there are so many amazing authors out there!
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My daughter, my husband, my family and friends...and well, my job!
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I love reading. I read a lot. I also like running, eating and watching movies!
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Bloggers! They always have great recommendations!
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
I used to write my own version of fairy tales and then make my sister act them out with me.
What is your writing process?
Sit, stare at the screen and then type away until my brain yields and I can take a break!
