I was ten year old when I first started writing. Mostly poems for my school projects.
Who are your favorite authors?
I have always been a voracious reader. Borrowing books from library and my friends constituted 80% of my childhood and the rest were spent on reading. If I have to name few authors, they'd be Margaret Mitchell, J.R.R. Tolkein, Ruskin Bond, Charles Dickens, Emily Bronte and many more.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Knowing that if I wake up in the morning, I'd get to turn on my laptop and work on my next story, is what inspires me to wake up everyday. Though, sometimes even coffee work its magic too.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
The very idea of me being my boss and the independence I felt being an Indie author, just pushed me towards Self publishing. P.S. Kudos to Smashwords
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Definitely reading. Though, while I am neither reading or writing, I spend a great deal of time fantasizing about characters and imagine myself changing their life, literally! Occasional dancing to the song I create while meditating in my bathroom, also occupies 15% of my day and 100% of my bathroom time.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
Random clicks and covers. Though I try not to judge a book by its cover, but the "eyes have it".
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I usually use my laptop and sometimes my smartphone.
What do you read for pleasure?
Mostly fiction. I love to imagine and fantasize about the lives of the characters and relate my situations with theirs.
What are you working on next?
I am currently working on my Debut novel Fire and Storm: Rise of the Pawns.
The novel centers around the Seven Clans and their Pawns, War, Murder and treason.
