What's the story behind your latest book?
The story behind my latest book is about a female dealer in illicit brew and drugs and the negative impact of her products on the surrounding community particularly youths. The story also explores crime, romance, corruption and many other aspects of life.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
Liberation from the desperate pleading with traditional publishers to publish my manuscripts which in reality are worth public consumption.
When did you first start writing?
I started writing in 2010
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Exposure to several online distribution channels is an achievement. Smashwords has given me the kind of exposure I needed.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The pleasure to pen down my life experiences either as a non fiction or fiction for public consumption offers solutions to readers who may be facing life challenges explored in my books. I always learn with surprise the kind of appreciation I receive from my audience.
What do your fans mean to you?
My fans are my employers. Without them, I am nil. They make me who i am.
What are you working on next?
Volume three of my children's fiction, Kulukulu, the Bad Name series.

Chinua Achebe, Elechi Amadi, Ngugi Wathiong'o, David Mailu and Margaret Ogolla
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
To pen down what my dreams might have brought to me that night that will comprise the next book, article, paragraph or chapter.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Reading books written by other authors.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
From sites of online retailers e.g Smashwords and search engines.
