What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Loving and serving people, making a difference in this world, and giving God all the glory in everything.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Making memories with family, training and coaching others, exercising, spending time in community.
What do you read for pleasure?
The Bible, exercise and nutrition materials, blogs, fiction.

Organized for time efficiency and maximal productivity.
When did you first start writing?
Only recently, within the last year.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Producing something that genuinely helps other people.
What's the story behind your latest book?
My work as a pastor, certified personal trainer, and certified transformational nutrition coach has me interacting with a lot of people who care about fitness, health, and wellness. The people I worked with tended to focus and prioritize different things, whether the spiritual component of life, exercise, or nutrition. At the same time, while many people were fit in one area of their life, they often struggled in life on the whole. Most people were not doing well holistically. Moreover, so many people I served spent so much time trying to decipher the vast amount and complexities of information in the health and wellness world that they barely had time to apply what they were learning. So, I could not just sit on the sideline. I was moved to write this short book to make things more simple and provide time-saving recommendations so people can be holistically fit and healthy.
