When did you first start writing?
I started writing after my delivery of my oldest child. There were books I wanted to read that hadn't been written yet, so I started to write them.
What's the story behind your latest book?
It's a true story of my battle with Preeclampsia.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
Lack of money, lol. I think most Indie authors don't have the funds to really hire the editors, designers, agents, etc.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
Smashwords and is awesome. I just hope one day my book actually sells.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Knowing someone, somewhere has read my book.
What do your fans mean to you?
Fans? What fans? I don't know if anyone will ever even read this "interview", but I got bored staring at the sales spreadsheet, waiting for a little 1 to pop up so I could crack open my boxed wine that's been staring at me.
What are you working on next?
Trying not to go crazy. It's a daily struggle.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Sitting on the smashwords website, waiting for someone to buy my book.
What is your writing process?
Try to remember stuff and stuff write it down.
Describe your desk
It's soft. And smells faintly of dog and is generally covered in crumbs even though I just vacuumed two minutes ago.
