Interview with Melody Dawn

Describe your desk
My desk is anywhere that i happen to be with my laptop and want to write.
What do your fans mean to you?
I haven't had any fans yet but i know when i do that they would mean the wold to me knowing they love something that i made and wrote for them and their enjoyment.
How do you approach cover design?
I try to find a picture online that has something i common with my book the i just put the title of my book and my username. If i actually ever publish a book i would have to have somebody create me a cover though.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
When i am not writing i spend my time reading, relaxing, and going to school.
What is your writing process?
I don't have a writing process. I just go with the flow. Everything had a melody and tempo, fate and life mainly. But to the point i just put my headphones i and play my music and just write to the tempo, i write what comes to my head.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
My mind is a big swirling abyss of dreams and fantasies. And when i read i am the main character and i can fell what they feel. So to the point the greatest joy of writing for me is being able to share with the world what goes on in my mind. I hope to eventually clear my head of these fantasies and at some point get on with real life and to stop living on my fantasies but when i do, they will live on through other peoples minds and through the pages of my stories forever.
What do you read for pleasure?
I like to read Science Fiction, Werewolf, Fantasy, anything really except non-fiction.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Honestly nothing much. If i had the choice i would curl up in bed and never leave it for the rest of eternity. But unluckily for me my body has its needs.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
My five favorite books are Rules, Warrior Cats, The Ascendance Trilogy, The Eragon Books, and Shiver. I have many different reasons for liking these books but lets just say they are good.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I like to use my tablet but sadly it broke so i am forced to use my laptop.
