OMG, what can I say? Full of books and papers in all directions with my small computer on one side. Half used post its...
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in a rural area of Rwanda. This help me observe and enjoy the nature and people which facilitate creating my characters and scenes.
When did you first start writing?
I have always created stories which remained in my head, I would stay stored in some imaginary shelves... Some times changed and most of time reused to create total new stories. Then starting from 2013 i started penning down my stories
What's the story behind your latest book?
The story behind my book is the Rwandan genocide which I experienced twenty years ago. Even though a fiction, but it talks about the life and culture of Rwandans just before the genocide and the way they faced it, everyone in his or her category
What motivated you to become an indie author?
Many things but one of these was to exorcise the genocide inside my heart and start life on a new basis. And I found writing the best therapy
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
It was the first platform I heard of and as they accept PayPal as a way of payment I liked the day which will help my fellow Africans to buy my books, something which would be difficult on other places where people only shop with credit cards
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Creating a full total new world and the idea of knowing it my own invention. I love it!
What do your fans mean to you?
A lot, everything. As they are the first one to discover my work and enjoy it
What are you working on next?
A second volume of RWANDA 94, named back home which will be a continuation and a final story to A Plane Crash

Daniel still, John Grisham, Mary Clark Higgins, Barbara Cartland...
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Get out and make something good for everyone to enjoy
