Who are your favorite authors?
I absolutely love J. K. Rowling.
P. C. Cast and Kristin Cast are also two very excellent writers.
I like Stephanie Meyers. Not for the Twilight series, but for The Host.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Reading. It is relaxing and is also a great way to spend time with my daughter.
I also knit. I am trying to be crafty.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
It was almost like a diary entry. I was 12 and wrote a story of a doll who watched a traumatic event of something that had happened to me and it was a way for me to cope. I had just heard from my friend that she thought her dolls were watching her.
