Interview with Dr. Antonio J. Webb

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
My greatest joy is being able to tell my success story and having someone relate to it. The mere fact of someone reading my story and becoming inspired to never give up and reach their goals gives me great joy.
What do your fans mean to you?
My fans mean a lot! Without them, I would not be where I am at today. If you have ever read my book, shared it, told someone about it...THANK YOU!
What are you working on next?
My next project will be a kids edition of "Overcoming the Odds" where I will outline certain aspects of the adult book into a way that younger kids can relate. In addition, I am currently working on a "Get into medical school" guide for pre medical students.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
The majority of my time is spent as a physician. Currently, I am in residency for Orthopedic Surgery with plans to specialize in joint and reconstructive surgery.
What is your writing process?
My writing process entails first writing down ideas and then expanding them over time.
What do you read for pleasure?
I read a lot of medical textbooks for my job as a surgeon and also medical articles. For more pleasure reading, I enjoy short novels, books on fiance and success stories.
What is your e-reading device of choice?
I enjoy reading on my ipad. I like the capability to carry several books around at once and having all of them at my fingertips on my ipad is incredible!
