What do your fans mean to you?
Every person who reads my book holds a special place in my heart. Words, when put on paper, form a powerful voice that cries out for someone to listen. The one who lends an ear becomes dear- for they give the voice a resting place. Readers are friends for life.
What are you working on next?
I'm working on Vol. 2 in the Destination Series - The Awakened Pool. It is a direct sequel to The Sleeping Pool. The setting is the same and the twins find themselves desperate to go back to The Chinhoyi Caves. It is a matter of life and death.
Who are your favorite authors?
Wilbur Smith all around. But I also read a lot of romance and mystery.
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Ten eyes looking up at me. I have five sons. When they say "Good Morning Mom" I have 5 excellent reasons to get up and get going.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I read a lot. In fact, I read everything I can lay my eyes on. I read medical journals and discover new things. I read on how to make a million dollars and dream a lot. I also take long walks by myself or with my husband. I'm a strong advocate of natural healthy foods and like cooking.
