Interview with Paul Tallini

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Massachusetts raised in a loving family with 6 siblings
What do you read for pleasure?
I actually read legal opinions there so diverse and each case is different. So I guess you could say true crime stories.

What's the story behind your latest book?
I seen so many stories about child abuse when I attempted to discuss the subject with my sons they would run off. So a friend who was a physiologist suggested I wrote a book and use it as a tool to teach my kids. I did my sons teachers loved it and after some modifications it became the workbook it is today.
When did you first start writing?
I first started writing legal briefs in 1986
What motivated you to become an indie author?
My motivation came through the heart breaking stories of child abuse I read and seen in the court cases I came across.
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
I'm new at Smashwords so I'm unable to answer that question at this time.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
The greatest joy of writing for me is knowing that what I am writing will make a difference in the lives of my readers and hopefully the world
What do your fans mean to you?
Those who are supportive of my writings give me the ability to continue to address social issues other want to ignore.
What are you working on next?
I am currently working on a new workbook called Life Lessons For Teens and Young Adults that will address many social issues from peer pressure,substance abuse, bullying, good and bad choices, choosing your friends and sexual relations that all teens are faced with today.

I love Steven King
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Knowing that I can make a difference in the World.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
When I'm not writing I'm working at my other jobs, or doing research for a new project.
