Why Do You Write?
In general, I write because this is part of who I am. After well over 40 years engaged with various aspects of property, I gradually retired out of the physical, hands-on realm of things into the primarily "priority-decision-oriented." Today, as a volunteer home projects consultant with HGRBS, my chief concern is sharing crucial info exclusive to U.S. private home decision makers relative to making the best possible decisions, for the best possible contractors, for the best possible results.

I believe that the American private home is the best wonder of the world, and that you are the best wonder of your home. I write because it is consistent with what I believe!
My Mission to You?
Please, allow me to be a bit expansive in this moment with regard to my mission to you as a U.S. private home decision maker:,

I'm amazingly honored to be of service to you as a volunteer home projects consultant for 7-plus years as of 2017. However, with respect to diversified aspects of property (service-building trades), I place at your feet more than 40 years of specialized experience, training, expertise, and continually updated and shared insight into matters of the home. The area of property into which I'm called is contract-related private home maintenance and improvement priorities. The structural genre of such setting in which I'm exclusively specialized entail: Single-family, duplex, and small to mid-sized mansions and estates, privately owned and occupied residences in the United States.

I’m undaunted in my personal commitment to you, continuing to actively support your rights and privileges as an American private home decision maker (whether you own, rent, or lease your legitimate private abode) towards safer and more effective contract-related home maintenance and improvement priorities.

What I share as your personal home projects consultant (of which my e-books are only representative) you’re most certainly not receiving from someone who has no true "in-the-trenches" property training and experience engaged with such an interesting cavalcade of real people, in real situations. Subsequently, I'm more than genuinely familiar with the psychology behind leveraging negotiations to the effect that you're actually enabled to authorize and coordinate successful home project business relations which are more to your best home project and financial advantages. What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My commitment to you. Foremost of all, my inspiration for getting up each morning is for attending to the commitments, responsibilities, and demands of the day. It’s the normal thing to do. Yet then it goes beyond that generality to the more specific.
I rise to meet my obligations to serve you in whatever reasonable and moral capacity I can within the time-frames allotted me. When I do that, my day is even sweeter than the day before. I awaken to a brand new day for the brand new start for helping to make the day a better one for you (which makes it a better one for me) by virtue of doing my best and being more discreet socially in encouraging you to feel better about yourself and about the helpful and creative things you also do…even when I don’t always know the specifics of your individual experience.

What inspires me to get up? Well, in the much deeper sense, it's my commitment to God consistent with my commitment to you and to sharing whatever He’s got for me to share which will enable you to experience an even brighter day! But then, there's the relativity.
Why Are My E-books Exclusive to U.S. Private Home Decision Makers?
Succinctly, my e-books are exclusive to U.S. private home decision makers because here is where I live. Of course, for some, that may not be a good enough explanation. In such case, please, allow me to state plainly that, in America, alone, our people are from every nation, of every race, and of every ethnicity, speaking every language there is in the world. Many of our private home decision makers who are (by the way) directly linked to all nations, are having challenges making the right choices about contractors. And, in many cases, in these crucial matters of the home,it's because we're under-informed, under-prepared, and under- strategized (many of us without mastery of the English language). This means that we, as a people, are presently extremely handicapped in these matters.

Succinctly, in America, there's an extraordinary void in volunteer concerns in this realm of things because of the pervasiveness and perniciousness of the lack of information about it. We, who are in the minority of advocates for our homeowners are inundated in own country with the task of tending to our own people who represent everyone else in the world. We ARE the world! Since we are so beset with our own unresolved issues in this regard, it would be immensely negligent on our part (in this profession, of course) to look elsewhere and to commit ourselves elsewhere while our own people, whom are from every part of the planet, have these unresolved issues.

In addition, challenges we face in the private home setting are, in themselves, exclusive from anywhere else in the world. Since I'm most familiar with our culture, our laws, our traditions, and with the needs of our own people who are from every point of the globe, it's best that I stick with whom and what I know best in order for me to be of the best possible service and benefit to those among whom and with whom I'm naturally and immediately indebted.
