Interview with Raeven Perdwin

When did you first start writing?
I first started writing when I was about fifteen / sixteen years old. I wrote a lot of poetry and what I thought to be be songs back then. It wasn't until I was about eight teen years old I got into writing stories and such.
Who are your favorite authors?
That's a tough question. I grew up with my father reading Steven King books to me, by the time I was ten he was passing those books onto to me onto me to read. I'm a huge fan of Dean Koontz and James Paterson as well.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Hmmm...When I'm not writing I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. We all love going hiking and camping - very big outdoors fans. I also enjoy crafting and going to the movies - I'm a huge movie fan.
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Yes I do! It was about a dream I had, actually it was more like a nightmare. It was about this shadow that was killing off my family one by one. That nightmare is still vivid in my head to this day.
