Interview with Christian Kiss

What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
Life is BBBBBBBBBBBBEAUTIFUL.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Im Superinventor and Economist. If youre bored these days with that youre dead.
How do you discover the ebooks you read?
topic based mostly
Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
i barely remember anything after german suffocation nights. (see not for spies what is a human being) hahaha
What is your writing process?
Inspiration based, idea you work out, think out and follow passion
Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I won as kid the first prize, two books. one was a German book about Heidi, some girl on the hills, and one was Nopts senine pentru tine, a childrenbook. I couldnt bellllieve it, ive never been so disappointed. I wanted to weld with sparklers, i wondered about grey condensators made in Japan in the radio, i painted cars all day, or played with my abacus or dismantled toycolt s, and they give me Heidi? or a Babybook? Ive never been so disappointed about winning a prize ever before.
How do you approach cover design?
the spirit of the book, its all about the spirit of the book
What are your five favorite books, and why?
i used to have a weak spot for nonfiction, intel area. but now i know its all softwashed crap usually. nothing about the serious realdeal. noone wants to scare sheep, just fuck em and keep em dumb and clueless
What do you read for pleasure?
yup. there are times when i lean back and i neeeeeeed a physical print book. i hate sterile books untouched books, preserved books. you must breathe them feel them mark, write, comment, underline, discard you must BREATHE THEM
i love that on times. often i have no nerves for it or the print costs
What is your e-reading device of choice?
i prefer print
What book marketing techniques have been most effective for you?
i didnt engage in any of em. i try to tell the people in twitter occasionally really. check.that. thing there. its good for you.

some things speak for themselves, and the people that follow you know it. usually they dont regret reading anything about my things
Describe your desk
filthy mess of recently useful stuff piled on less recently useful stuff piled on formarly useful stuff. but theres always some neat space for more
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
we were 3 brothers, and some kid gang that ran around the blocks. we played war and with tar, bikes, or pissed into bottles with bicarbonate which we wanted to explode. someone painted a building, or a babykindergarden, we had to throw dirt at it. i dont know why. made snowmen and put a wire across the street till a car ran into it then ran away. in all that i was the reasonable responsible reliable smartie kid that took care of the others, or we could play half an hour after evening longer when iwas around. when we quarreled which toycar is best i invented a test that prooves it. how this affects writing - how does childhood affect you?
When did you first start writing?
dialling hell typing hell alot lot lot lot lot lot lot of time
What's the story behind your latest book?
i cant remember which was the newest.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
i dont like little boxes. i just write my things
How has Smashwords contributed to your success?
im too green here, lets see how they perform. it would be great if they let the people make up their own mind and not censor anything or bullshit block things
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
i hope it really helps some people
What do your fans mean to you?
i dont know one of em. but i feel honored when i could help ONE with something i created, invented, or wrote. Lifes beautiful, and damn right, and if it makes theirs better, its good. a very good thing
What are you working on next?
its an ocean of tomorrows, a sky of tomorrows, ill see where it brings me to, topic wise
Who are your favorite authors?
i used to have a weakness for silly stuff as mentioned before, like graham greene, but i dont have a favourite author. i havend found a vivaldi yet. - where you like 3 or 4 classic songs and it blows your mind that EACH of them were from vivaldi.

449k words Intel is all about breaking the will of people of interest, so you can do what you want with them. Or it's about compartmentalizing them under your control, then you can mess with them what you want later, "work with them" later. If something happens, wasn't you. Control everything, accountable for nothing. This is intel and this here. Is their toolbox
